Ichabod

　　This name was given by a dying mother, in the moment of her departure, to her new-born-son. The sense is, "the glory is departed, or alas! the glory; from Kabod, glory." (1 Samuel 4:19 etc.) What a solemn question ariseth out of the subject—On how many places may the word Ichabod be written?
